Counselling in Williams Landing

When you’re carrying too much for too long, everything starts to feel harder - decisions, relationships, even getting through the day.
You might be coping on the outside, but inside, it’s noisy, confusing, or heavy.
That’s where counselling can help. It’s not about being told what to do. It’s about having someone really listen, help you unpack what’s happening underneath, and find a way to move forward that actually feels possible.
I offer a confidential, down-to-earth space to explore what’s been holding you back - without judgement, pressure, or labels.
Counselling can help you to see things more clearly and gain a new perspective.

Counselling FAQs
Why should I book counselling?
Counselling can help when you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward. It provides a space to talk openly, gain clarity, and start making sense of what’s going on beneath the surface.
Do you only offer trauma therapy?
No. While trauma therapy is a focus, counselling also supports a wide range of issues including anxiety, stress, relationships, life transitions, and general emotional wellbeing.
When should I book counselling?
You don’t need to be in crisis. Many people book counselling when they feel off track, overwhelmed, or want support working through something that isn’t resolving on its own.
What are counselling sessions like?
Every session is a conversation. We’ll talk about what’s happening, what’s hard, and what you’d like to be different.
Together, we’ll start making sense of what’s underneath and explore practical ways to move forward. Some sessions might focus on immediate relief and gaining an understanding of what’s going on and finding some calm. Others might go deeper - identifying patterns, beliefs, or emotions that have been shaping how you feel or respond to life.

"Ramona has a gentle knowing about her, and her insight into my deeper thoughts on my question was spot on - helping me to see clearly what was actually already deep inside me. Her approach was understated, yet she absolutely nailed the questions to help me drill down to the answer that was already in me...but needed her wisdom to bring to the surface"
