Counselling for Men in Williams Landing

Straightforward support. Real conversations. Clear direction.
If something feels off, you probably already know it.
Maybe you’re frustrated.
Maybe things aren’t working at home.
Maybe work is full on and it’s all building up.
Or maybe you just feel stuck and can’t quite put your finger on why.
This isn’t about sitting there talking in circles.
We have a conversation.
We get to the bottom of what’s actually going on.

It’s honest.
And it actually moves somewhere.
How I work with you as a Counsellor
This isn’t clinical or complicated.
We sit down and talk.
We break things down properly.
We look at what’s underneath it.
Then we:
-
make sense of it
-
shift what’s not working
-
give you practical ways to handle things differently
No over-talking.
No fluff.
Just real clarity and direction.

Counselling for Men FAQs
Do men actually come to counselling?
Yes. Many men come when they’re feeling stuck, frustrated, or when something in life or relationships isn’t working anymore.
What if I don’t like talking about feelings?
That’s fine. This isn’t about forcing emotions. It’s about understanding what’s going on and working through it in a practical way.
What kind of issues can I bring?
Anything. Relationships, work stress, anger, confidence, direction, family, or just feeling off without knowing why.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on what you’re working through. Some men come for a few sessions to get clarity, others stay longer to work through deeper patterns.

Do you offer online sessions?
Yes. Sessions are available via Zoom across Australia, as well as in-person in Williams Landing.
Is this like therapy?
It’s counselling, but done in a straightforward, practical way. The focus is on understanding what’s going on and helping you move forward.
If something’s not working, it can be worked through.

"It felt good to talk to someone about the stuff that was going round in circles in my mind. To have someone that doesn't know me or have any judgements about me was exactly what I needed. I feel more sure about what I need to do and have a clearer mind now."
