How counselling can help
Counselling offers a space to slow things down and make sense of what you’re carrying.

Sessions may support you to:
-
Better understand your emotional responses
-
Develop practical coping strategies
-
Build confidence and emotional regulation skills
-
Work through stress, grief, or adjustment challenges
-
Feel more grounded and supported day to day

The approach is holistic and solution-focused, looking at how your thoughts, emotions, experiences, and nervous system are all connected.

My approach
Counselling at Inner Bliss Wellbeing is warm, supportive, and grounded in real life.
I bring over 20 years of experience supporting people through stress, loss, life transitions, and emotional challenges. Sessions are paced gently and shaped around your needs, with a focus on clarity, emotional support, and practical tools you can use outside of sessions.

This is not about labels or diagnoses. It is about helping you feel understood, supported, and better equipped to manage what you’re facing.
