How I Use Mindfulness in Therapy

Mindfulness is introduced gently and in a trauma-informed way.

This may include:

  • Learning how to anchor attention in the present moment

  • Noticing thoughts without becoming caught in them

  • Developing awareness of emotional and bodily responses

  • Reducing reactivity and stress responses

  • Supporting regulation and emotional balance

Practices are always adapted to your comfort and capacity.
